When making a purchase from O-Case.com you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale set out below.

1. We accept PayPal payments from verified account or with confirmed billing address, also accept T/T and Western Union.
2. Freight cost /Shipping charges are different depending on the weight of your package.
3 Delivery time would be on or around 7-14 business days of receiving approval on your order
4. We will charge USD $10.00 per item for order cancellation.
5. We will ship maximum 10 items for Registered mail and maximum 5 items for UPS Express in each shipment.
6. Freight cost is for one single shipment only. And no return or refund for shipping fee. Same amount freight cost is required for resending all returned parcels.
7. All sales are final. Items sold are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable

We will not release any goods until freight costs are settled in full.
Returns
Any goods believed to be non man-made faulty must be returned to us within 3 days of your receipt, under no circumstances will we accept returns after this time.
